Incredibly helpful and welcoming staff, especially Malik. Room was comfortable. Nice facilities including a pool to chill from the desert heat. Great desert tour, especially the cookout outdoors under the stars in the desert.

It's close to everything. I like the pool and the room was comfortable

The shower was spraying everywhere. It needs to be replaced.

Beautiful property close within walking distance of the fort. Lovely comfortable rooms. The staff absolutely made our stay, they were so helpful and friendly, especially Mr Sakhil. Great view of the fort from the rooftop.

Good location, easily accessible and within walking distance to the Fort. Spacious room kept clean. Food was ok. You get good view of Fort from the roof top restaurant.

The staff were generally indifferent, though the owners were always available and helpful. Reasonably good breakfast included. The reviews I read were mostly from foreigners and appeared to be hyped in my view.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, organized airport pick-up and drop-off, delicious breakfast and also dinner at the restaurant, building exterior and rooms are beautiful, card payment possible except for restaurant

in front of our window there were pigeons nesting which created quite some noise

The staff is really nice and helpful. They welcomed us with flowers to celebrate a special occasion. They offered us breakfast for free, which was very thoughtful. The mattress are comfortable. Nice view of the fort.

Cleaning needs improvement, our room had lot of dust on the shelves. Towels look very old. In general, all the installation and decoration needs a bit of renovation. They didn’t allow to our driver to use bathroom. Price is really expensive (we spent more than 100/night) compared to what you get.

Only location was good. The room decoration was as per photos but facilities were not good, wet towels and in the morning no water.

The owner's behaviour was rude and egoistic , always eager to cancel as it was a peak season. Ready to cheat. When a person has taken a superior room and it already has the facility to accommodate 3 people without any additional facility, they insist on an extra payment of 1500 even when booking.com booking clearly mentioned three people .he told us whether we will take extra bedding or not we have to pay 1500. Now with their second-floor restaurant without a lift, they do not allow in-room service and even scolded his employee when he served in the room. They should mention this in their listing. Charging three times the room rent in Peak season is just cheating with Indian travellers. No one was present for check out during the morning and luggage. In room kettle was there but no tea or coffee material and told only in suit room it is given, when we told them about the morning journey it was given. Pool is the showpiece only with no filtration plant . Value for money only in off season else it is too costly you can get a much better hotel in Delhi at the same price . Food was costly but quality is erratic with worst Biryani , almost No visitor to their much-publicised fort view restaurant.

Location was perfect for getting a bus the next day as it's a 2 minutes walk. The fort is ten mins away - everything is walkable in JaisalmerStaff all good - they sorted me same day laundry and are very attentive. Rooftop is great as is the food

Water gets turned off, pool is filthy and pointless and there was noisy works all day (although as soon as I flagged it the staff asked to stop)Nice please but not worth the expense.

Great location near the lake and close to all major attractions The best part was the owner Mr Khan and his generous hospitality and flexibility

Personal and warm attention by staff catering to your every need. Spacious rooms full of tradition and culture. Full of comfort. Close to main city and attraction points. Enjoyed the stay a lot.

The restaurant service and food quality is something that needs to worked on. Cleaning a room is not about just making a bed and changing towels.

Very nice hotel to stay in Jaisalmer. Size of room was really big. Qualify and taste of breakfast was awesome.Neat and clean room ? best place to stay with family.

Slowness of breakfast serve

I went there in off-season so the swimming pool was under maintenance. It was like that in the whole Jaisalmer city so I didn't blame them (but they promised it'll be good in 1 month). The staff were friendly and helpful. The food at the rooftop restaurant was pretty nice. I stayed in the junior suite and it was nice, clean, and affordable. I walked to the fort and the lake. They're not far from the hotel. In general, the stay was pleasant.

Great and friendly staff who helped us with all our needs. Lovely place and beautiful rooms. Pool was also nice. The rooftop restaurant had yummy food and cozy vibes. Unfortunately the actual roof top was closed due to construction, but the 3rd floor restaurant was still a nice replacement. Would definitely come back if we are going back to Jaisalmer in the future.

They arranged a desert safari for us which honestly could have been better and more value for the money. We had a great time tho and the staff working at the safari were great. Just not exactly as described.

Staff really go the extra mile to help you get the most out of your stay! We really appreciated the friendly reception, pick ups and tour service.
